After receiving the package you have 14 days to inform us about the return/exchange here:

Please click on the link https://undresscode.ezireturns.com/ and follow the steps. Once you enter all the details, you will receive two return slips. The return form needs to be placed inside with garments which will be returned. The return label needs to be visible on the outside of the box.
The cost of this service is $10.
Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, Czechia and Slovakia:
Please use following link https://rmp.dpdgroup.com/021/UndressCode . You can choose one of the
options there - pickup from your home or taking the parcel to the DPD point yourself.
The cost of this service is €10.
Other European Union countries (except Malta and Cyprus):
Please write us a message on whatsupbabe@undress-code.com and we'll send you the label to return the package via courier services.

UK:
